If there’s one habit I strongly recommend to everyone, it’s this: Start your day with pen and paper.
Before opening your computer or phone, take a blank sheet and jot down thoughts like:
- Your life’s mission and vision – a quick daily recap
- The one thing you’ll do today that will make the biggest impact on your work and business
- The people you’re meeting today. Can you tell them one thing that will make their day?
- Your plan for physical exercise
- etc
Trust me, this simple habit can change your life – it did mine 🙂
